Preparing for When the Tide Turns
The FPD industry experienced a terrible tsunami last year, and is now facing the low tide, which exposes the dangers of eroded revenue and reduced demand to the whole supply chain. The key for 2009 is taking the right actions while waiting for the high tide so that we will be ready to sail when the tide turns: new capacity investment, customer relationships, cost reduction, technology development, and supply chain dynamics. These topics are also the key points for DisplaySearch’s annual Taiwan FPD International Conference.
